Policies
Payment is due at the time of service and will be accepted in the form of cash, check, and all major credit cards.
All new clients, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete new client intake forms for your first appointment. You may also fill out new client intake forms through our scheduling system.
Allow yourself enough time in finding our location and parking so you may begin to relax before your massage.
Parking is located behind building off of Carlton. If spaces are not available, you may park across the street. Due to other businesses using the same parking, parking may be difficult at different times throughout the day.
A cancellation notice of 24 hours is required to avoid being charged for the missed appointment. In the event that you do cancel within twenty-four hours of your appointment, Recover Massage reserves the right to charge your credit card 50% of the treatment fee. In the event that you miss an appointment, without the courtesy of a phone call, Recover Massage reserves the right to charge your credit card 100% of the treatment fee.
Lateness may result in the appointment ending at the original scheduled time and full fee charged. Please be on time. Thank you!
Unfortunately, no other discounts may be used in combination with the massage packages. The massage packages are already discounted on the basis of how many massages are purchased. Nor can other discounts be combined with any other offers. Thank you for your understanding.
